Terms and Conditions.
The person hiring use of the venue and facilities at Kidz Bizz unLimited will be known as the hirer. Kidz Bizz Unlimited will be known as the company.
Please note that the hirer remains entirely responsible for all party guests at all times.
It is recommended that you arrange for a minimum of 1 adult per 8 children, to stay and help with the party.
A Kidz Bizz party host will be on hand at all times during your party, but in the form of helper and assistant, and that he/she will not assume any responsibility for any individual child during this time.
The hirer must ensure that they, and the parents of any guests, use the car parking facilities at the rear of the premises, and walk to the front of the shop. Stopping outside the premises is by council order, not permitted.
The hirer must not allow, more than the maximum number of guests to attend.
The hirer must ensure that all guests are collected on time, or that they have provision for taking the children of any late parents off of the premises at the end of the hire time, thus avoiding delays for other party hirers, and additional hire charges.
No food or drinks to be allowed on the premises, other than that which you have provided inside party boxes, purchased from the company, unless by special arrangement.
No streamers or use of silly string.
No children can be permitted in with face paints, which if allowed on to soft play or castles, will stain the materials.
Children must be requested to remove shoes, sharp buckles or badges, before using any play equipment.
Please note that deposit are non refundable, and due at the time of booking. Any balance due will be payable at least 7 days before the party. In unforeseen circumstances, we will rearrange a party date, but once balance is paid, no refund will be made.
In the extremely unlike event, of the hirer having any cause to complain, they must do so at the time of the party. Complaints received after this time will be deemed invalid.
We reserve the right to change some of the items of play on offer, at short notice, although will always wherever possible, supply an alternative which is of the same quality or better.
