TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
KEEP
FOR YOUR REFERENCE ON THE DAY OF HIRE
HIRE
WILL ONLY BE AGREED WITH RESPONSIBLE PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 18.
IT
IS THE CONDITION OF HIRE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL REPAIR COSTS IN
CONNECTION WITH ANY ABUSE OR MISUSE OF THE UNIT HIRED. IT IS THEREFORE SUGGESTED
THAT YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE GUIDE LINES AS LISTED BELOW.
An
adult should remain in attendance at all times.
Ensure
that children remove shoes, and any sharp objects, such as badges before use.
Spectacles are best removed. NO food or drink to be allowed on the unit. NO
smoking on or near the unit at any time. NO one taller than the outside wall to
use the unit. Do not allow children
to run around the unit, nor to switch off the unit at the mains whilst others
are using the unit.
Use
of silly string is strictly prohibited. Cost of removal will be borne by the
hirer if used on any unit.
NEVER
allow the unit to become overcrowded. It is far safer to match the children into
age ranges in order to minimize the risk of someone getting hurt. Please check
age suitability before hiring the equipment.-see age guide. Do not allow
children over the recommended age guide to use the equipment.
If
the unit is being used at a public event please supply perimeter fencing for
crowd control and a minimum of 2 attendants.
NOTE:
When the unit is not in use it is fine to switch of the fan. When switching the
fan back on however, ensure that the rope connecting the air pipe to the fan is
tightly secured, and that nothing is blocking the side of the fan, before
re-inflating. If any customer complains that the unit is soft, and our engineers
attend to find that these checks haven’t been made, a call out charge of £10
will be levied.
Whilst
we are covered by our own insurance, if charging a fee to the public, it may be
necessary to take out your own liability insurance to cover the event.
ADVERSE
WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Kidz Bizz unlimited will not deem cancellation of any event due to weather cause
for a refund. For units supplied with rain covers, please note that these are
designed to keep out light showers of rain only, and will NOT cope with severe
weather conditions. In the event of
rain, it is advised that you keep the unit inflated, but please ensure electric
goods are covered and dry. Towel dry the step area before recommencing use, to
avoid children slipping. In the case of high winds, discontinue use an
immediately contact our office for advice.
All
units will be run using your own electricity source, unless otherwise stated at
the time of booking. If you are some distance from a suitable electric supply,
please advise us before the event in order that extra cable can be supplied.
Castles can be run with petrol-generated fans. An additional cost will be levied
for both the use of the fan, and petrol required. We cannot be held responsible
if the unit you have booked does not fit in the space allocated, and you will be
charged the full hire price.
Please
ensure that there is adequate access to deliver the unit. The unit will be
placed on a wheel trolley, and a minimum of 4ft is required to take the unit to
its set up position. Please note it is not advised for us to take the unit
through the house or garage, and if we do have to it will be your own risk.

CONDITIONS
OF HIRE:
ALL
deposits paid are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Should a cancellation be
made however, no further charges would be levied. FULL BALANCE OF HIRE COSTS TO
BE PAID BEFORE COMMENCING USE OF UNIT. No exceptions.
In
the extremely unlikely event of a problem occurring impairing the use of the
unit, our office must be notified IMMEDIATELY. An answer phone service may be in
operation but ALL emergency calls will be dealt with as priority. Please phone
Emergency mobile number. Any complaint received AFTER the hire period will not
be valid. NEVER use faulty equipment.
WHILST EVERY ENDEAVOUR WILL BE MADE TO SUPPLY CASTLES
BOOKKED, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL,
WHICH DEEM IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SUPPLY GOODS ORDERED. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WHERBY
SPECIFIC GOODS ARE UNAVALIABLE AN UPGRADE FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE OFFERED,OR
A FULL REFUND.
UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST ANY INFLATABLE UNIT BE REMOVED FROM ITS SECURED POSITION
WITHOUT PROIR KNOWLEDGE OF KIDZ BIZZ. ALL INSURANCE CLAIMS WILL BE DEEMED
INVALID IF PERSONS NOT AUTHORISED BY KIDZ BIZ Z SET UP THE UNITS.
WHEN SIGNING FOR THE GOODS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY
THE TERMS ABOVE AND CONFIRMING GOODS YOU ARE HIRING AS HAVING NO DEFECTS OR
FAULTS. PLEASE INSPECT GOODS TO YOUR SATISFACTION AND ASK OUR DRIVER ABOUT ANY
POINTS YOU ARE UNSURE OF BEFORE CONFIRMING ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS.
PLEASE ENSURE UNIT IS READY FOR COLLECTION AT AGREED TIME. OR A SURCHARGE MAY BE LEVIED.
